Guion Fifield Stewart-Moore
Senior Managing Partner
Guion Fifield Stewart-Moore has spent more than 30 years working within the hospitality industry. Since 1996, she has been providing management consulting and executive search to leading hotel and restaurant companies in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Prior to founding Fifield Partners, Guion spent 12 years with the executive search firm T.A. Davis & Associates where she rose through the ranks to become Vice President. During this time, Guion grew individual revenue billings and assigned searches during her tenure, resulting in the largest percentage of the company’s revenues. Her long-term client relationships resulted in the highest percentage of repeat business in the company.
Earlier in her career, Guion worked at a number of well-known hotel companies such as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and The Sheraton Hotel Corporation (Starwood Hotels & Resorts) in senior management positions. She also worked in the food & beverage division of The Aspen Skiing Company. Guion has a BS from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Living in the Rocky Mountains, Guion and her family are avid outdoor enthusiasts. She loves life in the Rockies year round.

Paul D. Riggle
Managing Partner
Paul Riggle has been passionate about hospitality ever since he can remember. His interest and proven ability to recruit, develop, manage, and retain strong service oriented and revenue producing talent, brought him to executive recruiting in the hospitality industry. After previously working with Guion Stewart-Moore for five years in hospitality executive search, Paul joined Fifield Partners.
Prior to his recruiting career, he spent twenty-five years working in the hospitality, retail and related service industries. Paul has experience as a Regional Marketing Manager for a multi unit retail chain, National Project Manager for a golf course construction contractor and a General Manager for an all inclusive American Plan Resort. His wide range of experience allows him to handle searches in the hotel, resort, club, retail, and F&B fields. Paul prides himself on listening to both clients and candidates while considering experience, skill set, culture, lifestyle, and other intangibles simultaneously to create a “win win” for all involved in the employment process.
As Managing Partner, Paul exceeds both client and candidates’ expectations. He is known for developing strong long lasting relationships. Paul partners with his clients and works relentlessly on their behalf. Once you know Paul, you will know him for a lifetime.
Paul is a graduate of Wittenberg University. You will often find him with his golden retriever, family and friends. He travels extensively and enjoys his leisure time following sports and in the great outdoors by fly fishing, snow skiing, sailing, mountain biking and playing golf. “If you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life!”

Theresa Janicek
Associate Recruiting Manager
Theresa Janicek joined Fifield Partners in 2009 coming from an extensive career in the Hospitality and Travel Industries. Theresa's career has included hotel management positions in Front Office and Reservations, as well as a Director of Human Resources. Prior experience also includes sales and marketing as the Director of Group Sales for Aspen Ski Tours/United Vacations in Aspen Colorado.
Theresa's 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry has been working with large branded properties, as well as independent hotels and resorts. This provides her with a diverse understanding of the dynamics involved with the selection process, recruitment and retainment of key staff members, and staff development. Today's marketplace is challenging and employers are seeking proven leaders with the right experience and qualifications. Theresa understands these issues and assists in finding those candidates.
Theresa is a recent graduate of Cornell University in Human Resources and Labor Relations. She and her family have lived many locations in the U.S. They are happy to call Denver home the past 4 years.
